The lithium iron phosphate batteries we produce are both standard products and highly customizable products. Its "standard component" attribute is reflected in its individual battery cells, while the complete battery pack solution can be deeply customized according to your needs.

We have 12 modern production lines that are energy-saving and environmentally friendly (including one fully automatic shell making line and four heat treatment lines), with an annual production capacity of over 20000 tons of precision castings, which can stably meet various order needs.

The company currently has more than 200 employees, including 4 engineers and 6 professional technicians.

We implement full process quality management. After each process, there is inspection, and the final inspection of the finished product is 100% in accordance with customer requirements and international standards. Our testing equipment includes:·Image measuring instruments and calipers: measure dimensional accuracy.·Loop resistance tester: detects welding resistance to ensure conductivity.·Tensile testing machine: tests the tensile strength of welding points.·Metallographic microscope: spot check the welding section and observe the quality of the diffusion layer (highest standard).

The trade terms (such as FOB, CIF, etc.) will be confirmed when quoting. Batch production usually adopts a 30% advance payment method, with the remaining balance paid upon receipt of a copy of the bill of lading. We mainly accept T/T, but we can also negotiate to use L/C.

We are only a three hour drive from Ningbo Shanghai Port, mainly by sea freight, which is convenient and efficient. If urgent delivery is required, we can also arrange air freight through Ningbo or Shanghai airports.
